A real person replies within one business day to book a fifteen-minute site walk. We check traffic, power and placement, answer questions, and give you a straight yes or no — with a recommended format if it's a yes.
Is there any cost or commitment to requesting a site visit?
None. The walkthrough is free, the placement is free, and the agreement includes a free-removal clause if the store isn't working for your building.
How soon can a smart cooler be installed?
Typically two to four weeks from the site walk: agreement, delivery scheduling, installation and first stocking. Your building provides a standard outlet and one to two fridge-widths of floor space.
